Meet the therapist 

Kristina Smith, LCSW, RYT 200 (she/her) is a therapist, registered yoga teacher, breathwork instructor, and meditation teacher located in Lehi. She specializes in eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, faith transitions, chronic illness and chronic pain, and LGBTQ-affirming care. She tailors her treatment to each individual client depending on their needs and draws from feminist therapy, multicultural therapy, internal family systems (IFS), accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and somatic therapy.
