- What if you don't take my insurance? My cash pay rates are $160 for intake sessions and $130 for subsequent sessions. I can provide a superbill to cash pay clients. A superbill is a billing document you can submit to your insurance company to try to get some reimbursement for therapy services that are "out-of-network." Not all insurance companies have out-of-network benefits, so reach out to your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network benefits.
