If you are interested in incorporating spiritual practices or beliefs into therapy, we currently offer the following
Natal Chart: Option to incorporate your astrological blueprint into your therapy. This isn't a full astrological birth chart reading, but rather a tool that can be used to aid your therapeutic journey. Examples include using your natal chart as part of your personal history, or using current transits as part of current emotional processing.
Card Readings: By using what therapists call a "projective assessment," we can use cards to help you understand what is going on subconsciously, identify shadows, and more. Card interpretations are based on archetypes from psychologist Carl Jung.
Meditation and Yoga Practices: Ranges from mindfulness, Metta (Loving Kindness), guided meditations, Yoga Nidra ("yoga of sleep"), to moving meditations such as Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga. Option to incorporate methods of sound healing in these practices as well, such as sound bowls or gongs.
Please note: These spiritual practices are tools that can be incorporated into your therapy sessions if they resonate with you and your beliefs. They would be included alongside the evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to your specific therapy treatment goals. They do not replace therapy interventions. If you are looking for someone to work with you solely on one or more of the above practices, please seek out a spiritual healer or mentor instead.
